Contact Centre Retention Predictor

This Contact Center Retention Predictor is designed to identify those who are likely to stay in contact center positions for at least 90 days. This assessment consists of a variety of item types and is not intended to predict on-the-job performance. Short and long forms of the Contact Center Retention Predictor are available. The assessment consists of two independently developed and validated scales: Contact Center Tenure Scale and Contact Center Loyalty Scale.

In this assessment, the test taker answers job-related multiple-choice questions about monitoring and controlling a production process through the use of simulated dials and controls. This test measures employee characteristics that relate to effectively operating a machine and responding to instrument feedback within controlled limits. This test predicts job performance for entry-level employees within a production or manufacturing environment.

Assessment: Business Letter Compose

Business Letter Compose

This test is designed to measure typing ability, including spacing and formatting. Additionally, this test measures text errors, including spelling mistakes. This is a timed test and it begins when the candidate selects OK on the computer screen. Candidates are provided a printed text original that contains the unformatted text they will need to complete the test: address information, greeting, body text, and closing information. Candidates are asked to type the correctly formatted version of the text into a word processing program. Note that the same text is used in both the Business Letter Compose and Business Letter Edit tests. Therefore, we advise clients not to use both tests in a given test session as experience with one of the tests may influence scores on the other. This test is available in US English, UK English and Australian English.

This is an adaptive test that measures knowledge of communicating in the workplace. It measures the skills necessary to communicate effectively with coworkers at all levels and with external business contacts. Designed for the average business worker, this test includes the following topics: Electronic Communication, Employment Communication, Listening, Meetings, Nonverbal Communication, Verbal Communication, and Written Communication.

English Vocabulary

This test measures knowledge of English vocabulary. Designed for all English speakers, this test covers the following topics: Analogies, Challenging words, Foreign words used in the English language, and Professional terms.

Assessment: Business Letter Edit

Business Letter Edit

This test is designed to measure a candidates ability to accurately make corrections from a business letter containing punctuation, spelling, and formatting errors. In this assessment, the text of the letter appears in the word processing program. Candidates are instructed to correctly format and edit the letter provided in the program, rather than having to type in the letter from a text original. Note that the same text is used in both the Business Letter Compose and Business Letter Edit tests. Therefore, we advise clients not to use both tests in a given test session as experience with one of the tests may influence scores on the other. This test is available in US English, UK English and Australian English.

This test measures knowledge of spelling in American English. Designed for the proficient linguist, this test covers the following topics: spelling abbreviations, plurals, possessives, proper nouns, terminology (including medical, computer, engineering, and legal), and commonly used foreign words.
