This test assesses interactions within a real-world desktop environment by providing a workspace that simulates multiple customer service based applications running on a Windows XP desktop. The test measures ability to minimize, maximize, and resize application windows, navigate and select items within open applications and tabbed windows, toggle between multiple screens, copy and paste data, type text accurately, edit typed text, and use multiple applications to search for and associate information.

This test measures knowledge of US English grammar and English reading comprehension. It is designed for those with English as a second language and covers the following topics: Articles, Comparisons, Conjunctions, General Questions, Misused Words, Nouns, Parallel Structure, Prepositions, Pronouns, Specific Questions, and Verbs.

This test measures the speed and accuracy at typing numbers into forms. Test takers are provided a printed text original that contains tables of information that they must enter exactly into a similar table in a word processing document using a keyboard. The information candidates must enter includes business-related records including numeric fields such as item number, model number, and quantity. Candidates may use either the keyboards numeric keypad or the number keys at the top of the keyboard. The test has a total of 26 records, and it is designed such that most candidates will not complete the test. This test is available in US English, UK English, and Australian English.

The Senior Sales Professional solution is for high-level sales positions in which employees proactively sell products to customers, develop relationships with new or existing customers, and have their pay and/or performance heavily based on sales revenue. Sample tasks for these jobs include, but are not limited to: promoting products to customers, consulting with and persuading customers to buy products, and building ongoing customer relationships. Potential job titles that use this solution are: Senior Sales Representative, Business Development Manager, and Senior Sales Consultant. Multiple configurations of this solution are available.

This test measures ability to sort names in alphabetical order. Test takers are shown a graphical display of four folder tabs -- three contain alphabetized names and one is blank. The test taker is required to select the name from a list that belongs on the blank tab.

This test is designed to measure ability to enter numbers using a numeric keypad. Test takers are instructed to enter data into fields using a numeric keypad on their keyboard; the number keys at the top of the keyboard are disabled. The test measures for accuracy and speed.

The Professional/Individual Contributor solution is for mid to upper-level, non-managerial positions. Sample tasks for these jobs include, but are not limited to: meeting with clients to determine their needs, analyzing data sets, and working with co-workers to complete projects. Potential job titles that use this solution are: Engineer, Human Resource Consultant, and IT Analyst. There are multiple configurations and versions of this solution available.
