The Industrial - Entry Level 7.0 solution is designed for entry-level positions and measures the behaviors and experiences that underlie successful and safe performance in general or light industrial roles.

The Industrial - Professional and Skilled 7.0 solution is designed to measure the behaviors and experiences that underlie successful and safe performance in the workplace for specialized technical or professional industrial roles.

The Industrial - Semi-Skilled 7.0 solution is designed for entry-level positions and measures the behaviours and experiences that underlie successful and safe performance for production workers.

The Professional + 7.0 solution is desgined for mid to upper-level, non-managerial positions and includes a cognitive ability assessment.

The Verify Ability Tests are a suite of cognitive ability assessments appropriate for candidates at a wide range of job levels. Candidates will be asked to draw inferences and understand the relationships between various concepts independent of acquired knowledge. The Inductive Reasoning test is particularly relevant for roles where critical components of the role include dealing with new concepts and approaches, building strategies, and resolving complex, ambiguous and novel problems, but the test is relevant for assessment at all job levels.
